Dissatisfied that I was not informed that a state inspection could not be completed. That was the main reason I made the appointment. I wasn’t told till the end of the appointment and told it was a print malfunction and then quickly told it was that the stickers were incorrect.
I felt lied to and that my time was not honored. I waited for over 2 hrs with 2 children and not noticed of this until check out.

Mr. Collins did a good job overall. I do wish I would have taken more time discussing the servic, material and the inspection (is there a video of thw inspection as listed on the bill page 2 on second half of bill. I wish i could have viewed the video.
The bill is kind of scattere which is hard to follow when its in two parts 8!pages total.
