Made pick up arrangements for 7:45 on Sat and confirmed address. Received 2 phone calls at 7:20 and 7:50 on Mon to confirm address again then I returned home at 9:45 the car was still in the driveway with a text saying I had missed my 7:45 appt. I had to call to get the car finally picked up. Seems the right hand is not in sync with the left hand.

The advisor Seana was AMAZING!!! So please make sure she knows that he personality and attitude is a perfect fit for her postition. However almost 3 hrs for a tire rotation, inspection sticker and wipers for a scheduled appt seemed a bit too long
