Despite making an appointment, I had to wait 4 hours for a 5k maintenance appt. I was quoted 2 hours, which made the 4 hours even more frustrating. An additional service, which I’d added to the appt request, wasn’t even addressed. When my car was returned, I had to point it out and then wait 1 more hour for it. Finally, each time my car was returned, there were messages on the screen asking if I wanted to return to normal operating mode. It feels like a service tech should have closed those out - not me.

I will not return. I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil and filter change and it took more than three and a quarter hours to complete. Unacceptable. Perhaps the schedulers overpromised. Maybe once the free service period has expired, there is no reason to try to provide timely customer service. Doesn't matter. I won't return, unless there is a dire emergency or a recall. I won't recommend the dealership either, given the experience. The techs are fine, the reps are pleasant, but three hours and 20 minutes for an oil and filter change is out of bounds.

I came in for service today to replace 2 tires, have filters changed, and to have the state inspection. Patti visually inspected all 4 tires and said I needed 4 new tires. I asked her to review the service record in November and for tire replacement. She said she had& was in a rush. She said these were the 4 original tires. I accepted her word. to that. I have checked my records: one tire was replaced in 2023 and another this year, 2024. The newer tires were put on the front wheels in my November servicing and I was told they would need replacing soon, but only the two oldest tires required immediate replacement. I’ve lost some trust in Patti and feel I need to do my own research before I come in for service or I should find a different service provider.

It was much too slow. I arrived at 2:00 for a simple servicing check up and to get a renewal sticker. My car was not returned to me until 4:15. My service rep, Patty Majesky was excellent and very apologetic. But it took much too long.
