I have gone there 3 times now and every time I get an oil change the oil filter housing has oil leaking off of it. I asked if they wiped it off this time and was told it was clean. I looked at it my self and there was oil dripping off again so I wiped it off. I know it’s a small detail but if it is cleaned after that insures there is no leaks

My appointment was for 10:00. I dropped it off way before then, they didn’t get me finished til close to 2:00. Tire rotation was all I was getting. When I picked it up, I was handed my keys, I signed 2 papers, no one told me where my car was, I walked the lot and finally went back inside n told them I couldn’t find it. One of the shop workers from the back helped me find it. Parked all the way in the back of building. So unprofessional.

I got a pre-purchase inspection on a car. I thought it was odd that they noticed it had been in an accident, but didn’t put that in the report. When I mentioned that I’d seen a minor accident listed in the carfax report and asked about it, they confirmed that yes, they’d noticed the bumper had been replaced at some point. I don’t know much about cars, so maybe I’m misunderstanding something, but I thought that spotting signs of previous accidents was one of the primary reasons to get a 3rd-party inspection when purchasing a used car - because accidents aren’t always listed with Carfax. Maybe it’s only pointed-out when it appears to have been a serious accident with frame damage, etc.
Otherwise I had no complaints or issues. No need to follow-up. Thanks!

It took over 2 hours to get an oil change when I had an appointment. And when I went in to check on it at one point all the employees in the service area were having a pizza party. I think instead of stopping in the middle of a service to have their "lunch" while customers are stuck there waiting they should finish the vehicles they are working on and schedule time between appointments for lunch or pizza party. I have not been happy since we bought this vehicle. And there will never be another one purchased here.

Customer service was great. Robert was excellent, calm and thorough. BUT the price for an oil change and tire rotation was an absolute rip off ! WTF! I If I would have known it was going to be more than $200 for that ROUTINE service i would have walked out and went to a local Toyota mechanic. Complete b.s. , i dont care what the excuse is. But the customer service was top level quality!
