They did not call and let us know what they found that needed to be taken care of until too late. It was almost time to close.

When I bought the car I bought the platinum warranty and was also told when I got my car serviced they would I could ask them to wash it and they would wash it well I’ve had a massive heart attack and can’t hardly wash my car. I’ve asked them to wash it. They’ve only washed the washed at one time the other times they never will. They never would wash it. I brought my daughter up there and she bought her card my niece I sent her up there and she bought her a car and stuff. Looks like they were lease washed my car.
