It seems as though the only interest is to push customers through without any regards to their concerns. I like Sean a lot, he’s great and he remembered me when I was there today (07/11). However, the wait times for service are ridiculous, I don’t appreciate it and it makes me want to go to another location. Each time it was about 4 hours while I sat there, I’m a single mom who is extremely busy, I don’t have this kind of time to waste and I was late to work. Also, I moved here for my job transfer so I don’t have the option of being dropped off and picked up, no family lives here. Thanks.
