I requested, by phone and in person (about three times total) to PLEASE locate the cause of the vibration in my car. I am almost positive no effort was made to ever locate this issue. Just a vague tacked on at the end response about how I need to buy a full set of tires and do a wheel balance and alignment for 1300 to get rid of one little vibration. They couldn't even tell me which wheel they thought it was. Most likely because nobody ever looked. Pretty much done with this dealerships service department and it's poor attitude towards doing anything other than the bare minimum.

The service done on the car was perfect. My experience with my advisor was not. During the follow up call after check, when presented the work that had to be done, I felt rushed or considered as a number rather than a concern customer. When I ask the itemization of the work proposal, after 2 follow up questions, my advisor asked me to go somewhere else and get a different input. All I needed was to understand the details of the work performed. I would expect Roberts Toyota to stand by their value « considering everyone as family and provide outstanding customer expérience ». The management should look into why the advisor s appears stressed at work, is the workload too much, are the training sufficient? I have been working with Roberts Toyota since 2021 and has never felt negative my until my recent service. Thank you

It took two hours for an oil change and was priced differently than online pricing. My wife had a full hip replacement in 53 minutes. The young lady who checked me in was very nice, and assisted later during the process - give her an5'stars. Think it was Chris that assisted in checkout and was very respectful, but when I pointed out two issues with the paint, he passed me off to parts and did not take on responsibility for resolution of the issues. Can't blame him entirely, but rate him avg - 3. Parts did not please me at all and said I needed to talk to an advisor - 1.5. Typical in society today.
