Went in for tire rotation appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I was there at 9:45. Left at 11:45. Sorry the wait was ridiculously long. Not happy with this service. Plus no new sticker on the window to remind me of next service.

Michael was great. Prices of labor are lame. I know it’s not going to the mechanics, like it SHOULD! It’s going to Toyota…. meanwhile they won’t even give us a proper 1/2 ton Tundra for me to trade-in! Michael and the team @ Roberts were thorough, communicated well, and swift with service. Kudos to the local service department.

I was satisfied with my service until my wife picked up our vehicle and when I was told after they finished the repairs that they would clean the coolant residue off and that was never done my wife was very disappointed and upset it was a brand new vehicle that we just bought a month ago from your dealership and the issue we had was due to a faulty part this is disappointing and frustrating

I thought when you guys had me do everything online, choose services, payment and communication that the pick up process would have been quick and easy too, but I still had to go in, wait in line, sign papers and pick up my keys. If I had to go in anyway, I would have rather skipped all the online crap that took too long and was frustrating.
My service was excellent though.

This was the first time getting my Subaru serviced at this location. I usually frequent the cool springs location, and Roberts Toyota is way more relaxed and feels more personal. Sean Rosichan was very open and friendly off the bat, and was extremely helpful in every question I had. I didn't have an appointment, and was expecting/willing to do so in order to be fair, but Sean managed to fit me in the already packed schedule. He made me feel very welcome like I was already an existing customer for many years. I appreciate his patience, kindness, and top-notch customer service, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back and making Roberts Toyota my new location!

Second time at Roberts for service. My wife's car about 3 weeks ago, then mine - much overdue for service. I really appreciated the service team taking the time to explain in detail what was needed and then advise me I had a prepaid plan I'd forgotten about and everything was covered. I can't say thank you for your honesty enough. Roberts gets a bad rap in some sectors online (like Fakebook) and I was a little worried but not any more. I'll be back.
