This was my first visit to get my oil changed after the death of my husband. We had had the oil change 4 times before no problems. They had also change the bulb in the running light and rotate the tires each time. I was there on 2/8/24 for oil told I would need to return to replace 11 lug nuts which needed to be replaced which I paid for at this visit and return to get them replaced on 2/15/24.I had an appointment at 10 arrived around 9:30 and after 5 hours was told they was not able to fix running light because they didn't have the right part so I paid for the part to be ordered. I called after not receiving a call after a week to see if the part had come in made and appointment for today March 1 to replace part. I was told there would be not charge for today. To my surprise, they had ordered the wrong part and my cost today after 2 hours of waiting was $255.72. After spending 3 visits and close to $1,000.00 dollars, I felt they took advantage of me because I was a woman alone.

I had a 3:30 appointment and it took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve never had service take this long in the past. I’m hoping it was because of employee shortage, but this info should be given to customers when they make the appointment. Oil % meter was not reset on vehicle.
The Service Dept rep was amazing, very nice and calm when I spoke with him.
