I love that they kept in communication via text with what was going on and sending me the full report so that I could look at it during the whole process. I’m disappointed that I was in for oil change on Monday and asked in my appointment notes for you to look at the hub seal leak. You said your techs were too busy to get to it I would have to bring it back. Before I left on Monday I provided my warranty information and offered my service records. Today, I took a second day off work hoping you would complete the repair but was told that you still had not gotten warranty repair authorization and didn’t have the parts ordered either. So now I will have to take a third day off work for a repair job that could have been completed in one day if your service was better.
