Service was fine. Do not like text links to check on status as I was on-site in waiting room. When Service was completed told my car was out the door to the left. Had to hunt to find my car. Seriously Roberts parking and Service area is too small

I brought vehicle in for pre-purchase inspection. I was told it would take an hour. I was there 2 1/2 hours and it still wasnt done. I had to leave due to a Dr. Appt.
I was told the Toyota dealership maintenence records would be emailed to me with the inspection report. Later in the day I received inspection report but no maintenance records. I called and left a message and received text back stating due to privacy laws they couldn't send. If that was the case when I was there and they showed me the screen I could have taken notes on key repairs/maintenance that may have or not been done. Very disappointed didnt receive this info as promised as it was key information on how vehicle was taken care of.
Shocks/Struts were not checked. When I told service writer rear bottomed out going slow over a bump he said he would add to report. Instead of rear shocks front struts were included in the repair costs. No one checked fron struts.
When I stated no repair records and I didnt know if any had been done. Instead of inspecting vehicle all maintenence required added to report
Needless to say, I was not impressed with level of knowledge of staff and value of the report paid for.

I’m typically served by Chris (whom we love every time), but today we had Mariah and we were very happy with our service. We’ve had a very hard month with family emergencies and Mariah was able to extend a military discount and ensure we could get to and from our house during the 2 hour service. We may be looking to do business elsewhere. 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is not acceptable. Neither is the lack of updates. I had to go ask what was taking so long to find out the tire rotation couldn’t be done and no one had talked to me about that. Very disappointing.

I was satisfied with the service that they did but when they gave me a price of $80+ to change out the cabin air filter and $60 to change the engine filter, when they already had it out to show me a picture of it, that is way over priced when you can get them for under $20.
