Water pump estimate on the MPI was 300 less than at the desk during checkout. SA checked with SM and was unable to explain the difference. Oil change was 120, and SA told me the dealership no longer honored other Toyota dealer coupons. I had one from cool springs for 80.
Another Toyota dealership was $150 less on the water pump.
I’ll get my Toyotas serviced at another dealership.
