I’ve lived in Middle TN since 1999. I’ve dealt with a few Toyota dealerships since it’s the vehicles my family have always purchased. Experienced have been good to meh. Robert’s was exceptional. From creating an appointment with Karen, arriving and being greeted by two men at the desk who were friendly. Chris checked me in and Karen agains stepped up and drove me down the street. John in the preowned car department gave me a fair price for my Camry. I was sad to have to sell it but with a new job comes a company car and that’s why. I’ll be back. Robert’s has what I’m looking for when I’m going to spend money on a vehicle. well done.

When I made the appointment I was told that it would be an oil change and a recall repair. I was charged $129 for an oil change. That is ridiculous!!! Upon examining my bill the labor charge was $58.15 I will not be back for an oil change at that price. My last oil change was $107.68. The price of parts only changed a couple dollars. Labor was $40. I don’t know why the increase in labor charge.

Too many texts about the service and especially when they start before I even leave the dealership. I can only give an honest impression a day or two later. This constant texting is making feel like it’s a form of strong arming to get a positive response. I don’t like that feeling. The constant texting may stop me from ever using your dealership again.
