Larry in the service department is always helpful. He keeps you informed and lets you know what options you have when fixing your vehicle. I have always had a great experience when I deal with him.

Service Tech left the interior kick panel loose after their work. I brought this to Michael’s attention after immediately noticing it when I got in the car. He collected several clips from Parts dept. and replaced the kick panel. While doing this, he noticed a nut also missing on the kick panel. He retrieved a nut and nut driver and secured the kick panel. I consider this above and beyond service.

Arrived at Robert’s Toyota Columbia at 10:45 for my 11:00 appointment for the 10,000 mile service on my 4 Runner. Chose to wait at dealership when appmt was made. Got checked in and rcvd text with svc completion time promised of 12:15. Rcvd no other communication from svc dept. Asked a svc tech at 2:00 if he would check on my car. 15 minutes later he walked by and I asked him again.Tech who checked me in then showed up and told me my car was the next but they can’t get a lug nut off of the truck in front of me, could not give me an idea of how long that would take, said they are under construction, guys were at lunch, and that they were short a couple of guys. I told him had waisted almost 3 hours there in addition to the 1.5 hour round trip because I thought this would be a good place to take my car. Frustrated and not willing to spend any more time there, I asked for my key so I could go through the process again of scheduling another apptmt at another dealership. He looked happy and quickly brought me my key as if he was glad to have one less job to do. Did not offer to reschedule. We have owned many Toyotas and had them serviced by different dealerships but never had this poor of service. We will not be back.
