Brought my vehicle in for a break-in oil change, which I paid for out of pocket because I did not want to use one of my complimentary oil changes. I specifically requested that the tires not be rotated, as I didn’t want to use one of my free tire rotations at just 2,000 miles. However, the service paperwork indicates that the tires were rotated. I want to ensure that I am not charged for that service.
Additionally, when I got back into the vehicle, the tire pressure warning light was on. The tires were not inflated to the correct PSI, which should have been caught during the multi-point inspection. I’d like to understand how this was missed.
