The service was fine. I asked the attendant why spark plug replacement on my Highlander was so expensive. He explained the location of the spark plugs is difficult to access.
I drove to Columbia for this service because the price was lower than Franklin.
Toyota should keep in mind service on their cars.

I had to wait an hour and a half for them to take pictures of my 4 whelks and give me approval for warranty coverage. I would understand if there were lots of other customers there. But I got right in. There did not seem to be any semblance of concern for the customer’s time. Then, once done, I had to call 5 times and leave 2 messages to get someone to email me the claim information to hire the work done. Finally about 5 hours after first calling I finallyI received it.
