I bought my vehicle brand new from Roberts Toyota in 2019 with 3 miles on it. Roberts Toyota is the only Service Center to service and keep my vehicle on the road 75,000+ miles later. I made an appointment for the 30k/35 month maintenance on my vehicle and when I went to pick it up, he said that all they did was the tire rotation and oil change and that my filters were dirty and needed to be changed next time. I asked why they didn’t change them this time and his response was they didn’t have time because it was late in the day. My appointment was at 4pm. They told me it was ready at 4:57pm, I was there by 5:15 and they didn’t close until 6. There were no other vehicles in the shop. I am very frustrated about the whole situation. I can get a basic oil change and tire rotation anywhere, but wanted the maintenance package completed on my vehicle to keep it running like new. I’m not sure that I will continue servicing my vehicle at this location after that experience.
