Always polite and professional vehicle service. Cordial staff with clean maintenance and service areas. Complimentary customer coffee, etc. My 2019 RAV4 Limited is the first car I ever owned that worked flawlessly from the start. Did have them radio amplifier fail last year and it appeared that there were several similar instances seen by the dealer. Might need to be investigated as a potential recall item. Overall very satisfied with both Toyota and the Roberts Toyota dealership.

I had my car 2 days and it started messing up yall had it for almost 3 weeks and still didn’t fix it…. The recall repairs were completed on our Highlander. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, 8:30 AM. I was told by the service writer that it would take2-3 hours, so I decided to wait. The repairs were completed late on the afternoon. I walked out of the service lounge around 3:00PM. I waited 5.5 hours. I understand being busy, but what bothered me was the lack of communication. No one talked to me after checking in until l inquired about the status of the repairs. I love Robert’s Toyota and I will continue to be a loyal customer, but the lack of communication was an issue.
