Tundra alignment was off and I felt like it was probably off from when it was purchased. Delivered to Roberts in that condition. Purchased by me in that condition. I had to pay to have it corrected.
I have a 2016Tacoma with 300k miles and never had to have it aligned. My Tundra has 25k miles. So did the quality control slip, or did I start driving like a mad man? I know the answer to this.

I took my car in to have the brakes fixed, the timing belt replaced, noisy belts fixed, check engine
Light fixed, and vacuum lines replaced. I was quoted $775 to fix everything.
The car was at the dealer for more than a week. In that time they fixed the check engine and the front brakes. They didn’t fix the belts and the rear brakes. The charged me $759 for only part of what was needed to be fixed. During the week that the car was at the dealer I never received a call from the service manager. There is a number listed on the website for the dealer that does not work.when I called for an update they said they would find out and then call me back.They never called me back. This has been the worse service I have ever received. I will never take my cars to Roberts Toyota again. They are the worst dealer That I have ever dealt with
