I live in Dickson, almost an hour from Roberts Toyota. I work in Franklin about 10 minutes from another Toyota dealership. I prefer making the drive to Roberts Toyota because the service department is very helpful and friendly. The keep my Tacoma running for me.

Full disclosure, I did have to convince the service department there was something wrong with my vehicle. They tried to send me on my way after checking it out and being unable to recreate the problem I’d described. But I persuaded them to take a second look and then a computer re-boot appears to have solved the problem. Everyone was super nice!
