Had oil change And tire’s rotated. Got back home and noticed there was oil splattered on the driver side fender on the outside. Was splattered under the hood and where you filled it up there was all on top of the engine. Truck is just over a year old.

I am selecting no because I identified a potential issue with the transmission and rolling backwards when in gear. It was checked and I was told - no problem. While waiting in lobby, another customer stated she had the same issue and checked out and was told no problem. No other car I have ever owned makes the noise and rolls back when in gear. I want this in my file if a transmission issue ever arises.
General service was great and the team did a great job.

Had issue with a maintenence light to come on and didn't know what the problem was. Service department got me in pretty quick. Service found it had to do with oil change time which I already had an appt next week for that but since I didn't know the light coming on was connected they got me in pretty quick.
