There was no work done. You contacted me to set up the appointment. I scheduled it for 11:00. I was told it would take about an hour. I came back 2 hours later and no one had touched it. I couldn’t miss anymore work, so I had to just get it and leave. It’s also bad that this survey implies the work was done. So can you please make sure the record indicates no work was done and my appointment time was not followed. Thanks.

I received a warm greeting when I arrived, along with being shown were I could get a coffee, use the restroom and sit during my wait. The wait time was only an hour, and everything was ready to go at checkout. The staff was so nice and seemed to be happy at work. It was a nice atmosphere from beginning to end.

Chris was very helpful. I had a concern regarding the Tacoma timing cover leak that did happen on some of the 3.5 engines. He made sure the technician looked at it thoroughly. The truck was in and out pretty quickly, and I was back on the road. When I bring my truck back I’ll ensure to have Chris as my service advisor.

Larry was extremely rude to me. My vehicle was kept for 2 weeks and I was told it was fixed. I drove it approximately 7 miles and the same problem occurred. I calked back and explained to Larry what happened and that i couldn't bring it right back because my sister was already gone back to Pulaski. I ask for a loaner and there was not one available. He said there was nothing major found and should be ok to drive. I told him it felt major to me when it was saying drive start control malfunction...check engine...distance sensor not workin and etc. I said I didn't want to break down on the side of the road. I mentioned the loaner vehicle again and that under the circumstances of only 12k miles and you had my vehicle for 2 weeks and all that was done was drove it 50 miles or say and nothing was determined and it does it again 6 miles down the road that I felt like Toyota should offer a loaner. He replied " look im not going to argue with you" I replied " sir, Im not arguing about anything I'm stating facts". He was very rude. Also, when I dropped it off the first time an employee had ask him a question and he was rude when he answered the employee. I did bring my vehicle back on the following Tuesday....you can see that on the System. It was another 2 weeks before I was told it was ready. No information about what was going on with my vehicle until I called in 2 weeks to ask. I was told it was out for a final test drive and should be ready after they came back from the drive. I was told late afternoon on the 23rd it was ready. I had no one at that time to get me there before they closed to pick it up. I bought a Toyota because I've always known them to hold up and to have a good resale value. I was disappointed having trouble witj only 12k miles on it abd going into the shop twice back to back for 2 weeks at a time. Thank goodness the second time I did get a loaner vehicle. This was not a pleasant experience

Mycalyn did a great job with getting my vehicle serviced in a very satisfactory manner and also helped me get more information about the maintenance plan I had purchased a couple of years ago. I had a great experience at Roberts Toyota today and plan to return for service in the future.

I always get oil changes from Roberts Toyota in Columbia and I’m always happy to get serviced. I got my bill back and it was $127, normally its around $75 and I was never informed that the price increase would be this large. They also patched my tire without asking, which I have a warranty on my tires and that could void my warranty. They also did not document which tire was patched. I would love to come back, but economically I may not be able to due to price increases. Thank you guys!
