Excellent customer service, Shannon keep me updated at all time, explain me the problem with my vehicle and not only offer me a solution, he open his agenda so I can find a day to complete the service.

I was there 7.30 they told me ll take 1 hour to change tire i told them if take more time I can go home because i worked at night .
No body touch me I was In waiting area after 2 hours like 930 I go back to the counter she said we have no tire in stock ll come Wednesday we ll drop u home in 20 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes for drop off back again but her behavior was not nice.
Overall atmosphere and staff was nice.

Terrible experience. The technician had a very bad attitude more of a i dont care attitude.I got charged for just doing a simple diagnostic. Even though there was no problems found. Also when I asked whether another part could be checked even without asking the problem I was told I would be charged. Never going to go back
