When scheduling my service, I was told to bring my vehicle in Sunday night 4/26 and leave keys in drop box. Arrived Sunday night along with my ride home and found gates locked. Wasted my time and my ride home as well. When I brought this to Faulkners attention I was told I should have left my car on the street outside the gate and walked in to the drop box …., No way!!!
