Chanell was wonderful and amazing as usual - she’s the best. I am always happy with her communication and process. I brought my car in for a few things, including a side mirror housing repair. I needed 2-3 pieces of it repaired, but the repair team only replaced one part. They replaced the top part, but the bottom housing was still exposed. It’s really not a big deal, and I’m 90% satisfied, but I would have liked a call saying at least that they didn’t have the entire replacement set, and giving me options. I’ll bring it back for completion later. Overall I’ll still come back to Faulkner, I would just have loved a call with more data and options. Thanks!

My problem with a brand new car is that the communication model won’t connect. I took it to the service department and they told my husband that they did t know how to fix it. Really? It has something to with the SOS button and when i look it up on Reddit the whole community gives ways to “fix” it but the Toyota service department did not know how to fix it. It still announces that “ the communication activation has failed and to contact the dealer” everytime I start the car I just don’t have the time to bring it back and wait again. Frustrating

The service manager refused to answer my questions. Told me I MUST replace my tire but I stopped by at two repairs shops in the way home and they said that due to location, NO air leak, and tire being new, it is an easy fix and there is no need to replace it. I asked several questions of your service manager, he did not answer them any just kept saying - tou need a new tire. I expect my service person to be honest and transparent, not treat me as if I cannot think. He failed. Moreover, the so called Video produced by the service
Person is not helpful, the shop is noisy and I cannot hear anything. So it is not a helpful service either. I short, very disappointed.
