The service overall was very smooth—from dropping off my car, getting the paperwork, and being on my way. That part was easy and efficient.
However, the shuttle service experience was frustrating. Bob was great, but the communication with the hub was poor. I let the representative know that I would need a ride immediately once my car was ready at 9 AM. I didn’t receive a response until about 20 minutes later, just saying they were looking into coordinating a ride.
I responded right away, but it took another 20 minutes to hear back that there was a driver on the lot. I replied immediately again, yet the total wait time ended up being around 90 minutes. I couldn’t wait that long and ended up getting an Uber instead.
During that time, I also tried calling multiple times but was routed to an AI voice system and then voicemail, with no way to speak to a live representative.
I understand the shuttle is a courtesy service, but there should be clearer communication—or at least the ability to speak with someone directly so customers know what to expect in terms of wait time.

I sat there for an hour only to be told they couldn’t find the leak in my tire. Then he came back and said they were working on the wrong car. I sat there for an hour while they tested another car’s tire. Terrible service.
