This was my first visit to Toyota Service 30,000 maintenance. I was unfamiliar with your system, process, and procedures. The fellow inside was very kind and once he realized it was my first visit, he brought Mr. Martini out to meet me. He escorted me into the waiting room and explained the mechanics video and the checks he would make on my vehicle. Mr. Martini then found me and he went over what loomed good and what the mechanic recommended. Mr. Martini was kind, and explained everything reasonably. I gave him the OK to make my car operate better.
Later, I drove home knowing Your Service team os the best and I will bring my car back for maintenance and repairs. respectfully, WRClark.
