I am very dissatisfied with my service experience at Faulkner Toyota Trevose. I came in with a visibly damaged tire that has a piece torn off, which I believe is a serious safety concern and should qualify for warranty replacement.
However, Shannon told me the tire was “fine” and safe to drive on. I strongly disagree with this assessment and do not feel safe driving the vehicle in this condition.
Unfortunately, this is not my first issue with this service department. Due to repeated problems and poor customer support, I will be visiting another Toyota dealership for a second opinion and warranty evaluation.
I expected much better customer care and attention to safety from an authorized Toyota dealership.

I am not satisfied with the service, I was told thevgasket on the driver side door could bot be replaced. The car is only 2 years old with only 22k miles. There is no reason for the gasket to be dried rotted and ripped. Shannon told me that his manger said it will not be covered as it could be caused from getting in and out of the car or from the seat belt, which is not at all accurate.
