Very efficient. I waited for the car, the area is comfortable and the coffee is good. It’s also easy to login and work while waiting (huge benefit).
My only hiccup, and likely because I’m new (2nd service); I got a text telling me my car was ready. I logged out of my applications and shut down my PC; gather my belongings and approached the counter, about 5 min after the text. The associate said my car wasn’t ready (confused), ok..no problem. I stepped away, pulled out my phone, maybe I misunderstood the text. I was right it said Car Ready. Waited another 5 minutes and then was called to checkout. Timing of text is probably ok for folks
