I have been coming to Faulkner for almost eight years, and the service has always been exceptional. Shannon makes sure to communicate any issues that need to be addressed on my Elantra (without stressing me out too much!) and I can trust that Jon knows exactly how to service my car without any hiccups. The fact that my car drives so well after all this time is proof that they care about their customers, and when I need a new one.. hopefully not for a couple more years (fingers crossed!), I will always come back to Faulkner and have their team take care of it.
