I love the Lexus of Valencia people are so nice and helpful, generous, genuine, and the text were so helpful. I had an issue with my features and I couldn’t understand and when I explained my situation, they noted it. They had the tech see what was wrong with it and even with that, he took out a test drive with me just to make sure that what I was mentioning about the issuewhat was he suspected and notified me what the issue was as far as understanding the features that’s going the extra mile I can’t say more than this place is the best.
