I love the Lexus of Valencia people are so nice and helpful, generous, genuine, and the text were so helpful. I had an issue with my features and I couldn’t understand and when I explained my situation, they noted it. They had the tech see what was wrong with it and even with that, he took out a test drive with me just to make sure that what I was mentioning about the issuewhat was he suspected and notified me what the issue was as far as understanding the features that’s going the extra mile I can’t say more than this place is the best. I truly love the treatment and hospitality and all above is just so generally happy thank you

You don’t tell a customer your techs “need” to get paid. How do you charge $300 for a road test to hear a possible defect. If the tech can duplicate the sound it cost $300 no matter if you don’t want to do the service at that time. But if he cannot duplicate the problem it’s free. That is what u call a scam after all the service is 450 and u want an additional $300 to solve an additional concern scam scam scam
