You don’t tell a customer your techs “need” to get paid. How do you charge $300 for a road test to hear a possible defect. If the tech can duplicate the sound it cost $300 no matter if you don’t want to do the service at that time. But if he cannot duplicate the problem it’s free. That is what u call a scam after all the service is 450 and u want an additional $300 to solve an additional concern scam scam scam
