A major part of the service wasn't done, the differential change, when I arrived to pick my car up at the end of the day, so my car wasn't ready, and then I was told I would be reimbursed for my Lyft rides, and then was not the next day because he said he couldn't do any more discount than the $100, which I thought was for the inconvenience of not having the car done, when I communicated my dissatisfaction, he was rude, I spend $3000, and for this amount expect much better customer service. I have always taken my car here for service, and had planned to continue, I do all the services, and Honda Oakland just lost me as a customer, I will find another place for next ones. Also the 2% charge to use a credit card is not okay and against the law in California, not okay to put this on your customers, this should be the cost of doing business. Another reason to find another shop that doesn't do this.

I had questions about the cost of services at the time of car pick up that were challenging to answer. I also have not heard back when I reached out with an additional question. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM and got a text that it was available for pick up at 12:30 PM and yet I was charged for 5.5 hours of labor. I also asked for a list of the parts that were replaced because I didn’t understand their descriptions of the parts on the invoice that I received. I have not received that.
