Carlos knew I was leaving for a trip
And said the car would be done Thursday evening. He wasn't in on Friday and made no arrangements for someone else to call me. I called twice and was told the car was done but that only Carlos could price it out, that he would be in at 7 the next morning. Then when I came at 7 he wasn't there. Not a good experience. Also the price was higher than what he quoted over the phone.

When I turn my car off, and went into my home for 15 minutes, my car would not start. I think it is the battery. Luckily I have AAA and they are coming right now. I’m not sure what happened. I was having no problems with my battery before bringing it in today.
