The person we spoke with, both on phone and in person, wasn’t forthcoming about the total price of our repair. This led to a misunderstanding and me needing to clarify pricing multiple times before getting an honest answer about total price, which was $200 more than what was quoted on phone.
Prices are high for a work being done at your shop, and perhaps this is unchangeable, but communication about these prices should have been much more clear.
