Picked up car Saturday morning. NEW tires were missing a valve cap. Back tire still had a green cap and noone could tell me if nitrogen was used. (Was used in previous set of tires purchased at West County) other caps were gray.
Oil change completed but reminder notification in front window not updated.
Driving to work this morning (Hwy40) and dashboard light came on stating low tire pressure. When I got to work I looked closer at new tires only to see that they had substance that looked like glue all over them and tires appeared not to fit well to the rim.
Very disappointing.

Tirek was so good and very communicative. But I thing the service was done today but later 2 hours my TPMS light got triggered, I make sure twice with Tirek about TPMS. It was disappointing again I had to go to near gas station to fill the air????
