Tim was great as always!! I ask for Tim when I go ! Tim needs. Raise ! But when I picked up my car - the young woman filling in for Tim ( Tim was gone for the day) for the check out I found slightly rude. I wanted to review my invoice and see what I was paying for. She flipped through the invoice so fast like it was a fan blowing on it. There was no way I could read and even see what she was looking at. I get it .. it was the end of the day.. everyone wants to go home. But I spent $1200.00 and wanted to know what was what. And the online itemized invoice was confusing. I felt like I was an inconvenience to ask questions. This was my only time ever I experienced this at Frank Leta. That all. But Tim is always always great!

I am satisfied with my service. My adviser Danielle was great and the services performed correctly except the new oil change sticker was printer incorrectly. It was corrected before I left but the printing is very small. Thank You for Rita she is always a pleasure to speak with and in fulfilling the amenities.

I've never had anything but good experiences with the staff at Frank Leta. Even with that expectation, Tyler stood out. He was extremely knowledgeable, took care to explain anything that needed to be explained, cleaned up an account issue we'd had for years, and was efficient in every step. Again we've never had any issue with the quality of the people we've worked with, but Tyler was by far the best.

We only needed an emissions inspection per the State of Missouri renewal card. The Fran Leta service person told my wife that a safety inspection is required since the car is over 10 years old. While only an extra $12, that should have been reviewed with me since i dropped the van off, write up the request for an emissions inspection only. My name and phone number were provided. This is the first Honda I’ve had. I came in for my first oil change too early but Timothy was so nice and accommodating. I know now that I don’t have to come in until the maintenance light comes on. Thanks for the great customer service!

When I arrived, I noted that I forgot a coupon at home and asked if they would honor it, the rep asked what it was, I noted an oil change for $58.99 and she did not reply with anything, nor did she honor it. She confirmed my phone number and noted she would text me when my car was ready or the tech had his report...45 minutes later I recieved an email, not text, which I do not have my notifications set up for, so I did not see it right away, good thing I checked my email or I may have been waiting a lot longer for an oil change only.
