Today I came in with my Honda Odyssey for an "oil change, tire rotation, and alignment". I told the service advisor that there was an issue with the alignment during my last visit and not to do the alignment if all wheels couldn’t be properly fixed. He said I wouldn't be charged if it wasn’t successful.
Later, he said he could align three wheels but had an issue with the front right one. He still asked me to pay the amount and said he’d undo the other alignments if I am not paying the amount. I didn’t say I am not going to pay—I just asked why the work was done when I asked not to do it if it couldn’t be fully completed. This was a very bad experience, especially as I’ve been servicing my car here since purchasing it in 2021 at Frank Leta. I have referred several friends here and Some of them moved their service from Bommarito to here because it’s closer and has better service.
Please assign a different advisor and help me understand the issue with the front right tire. I wasted two hours today and had to depend on friends for a ride and I had to leave the car at Frank Leta.
