I made an appointment for oil change and to check right front tire. They found a screw in the tire. The tire had been losing about a 1/2 lb of air every other day. I can deal with adding a little air every other day until I get it fixed. I told them that I would get it fixed where I bought the tire because I had road hazard. When I left Leta the tire was 5 pounds under pressure. I aired it up and when I woke up this morning it was completely flat. The mechanic must’ve moved the screw and didn’t tell me that I could possibly wake up to a flat tire, nor did they air the tire up to the appropriate pressure before I left. This morning I was late for work and now the car cannot be driven until I get it fixed. The car was drive able before I brought it into Leta! I called Randy and he said that my only option was to buy a new tire from Leta. Is that how Leta does business? They basically give the customer no option but to get it fixed at Leta or the customer is stranded.
That’s bad business.
