I brought my car in for an oil change, and when I got home, the passenger door started making noise—it seems it was damaged during service. I called the shop twice with no response. I even waited 15 minutes just to be helped when I arrived. I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but my car was damaged, and I’m heading out of town. They should take responsibility and at least call back and review their cameras.
