Tim did a great job. Very professional and thorough and sympathetic to my concern with my cars issue. My dissatisfaction was due to an issue with my (fairly new and meticulously maintained ) trailsport. I paid a lot of money and continue to pay a lot of money for what I thought would be a bullet proof vehicle. A Suspension control arm is in need of repair and will cost approximately $800 to correct. The car has only been used for normal street driving and has never been damaged. No clue how this occurred and am very surprised that a car sold as an all terrain vehicle is already showing problems even though my driving habits are extremely conservative.
