I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:15pm and didn’t leave until close to 6pm. I don’t understand why an appointment was even made if I still had to wait this long for a simple oil change. This is not the only time that I have had to wait over two hours for an oil change at Frank Leta, it has been almost every time.
