The advisor said it would be 2 1/2 hours. It took 4. When I made my appointment the person should have told me that the recall takes 1 1/2 hours. That was a shock. And that your emissions inspection machine broke down a lot. Get that thing scheduled to be fixed. At least you will be on the list. By the wat is Hank still working there?
