Tyler handed off our service while on vacation. The manager mixed up our car with a similar one. He did not answer my husbands calls when he inquired about the car. Our pilot was there for over 2 weeks. This is the third time the car was there for this problem.

I was told the same tires that were on the truck when i purchased it would be put on, but $1000 cheaper tires were put on and the trucks rides much louder now. Now for the tailgate i’m not sure who painted it but it must have been their first time on a sprayer, the color on the tailgate is almost matte red-like, and not like the true “Delmonico Red” I understand it’s new paint vs old paint & paint matching may not always look the same, but this is not one of those instances,it was just a very poor job, and shows the in experience. It doesn’t even look remotely good. 6 year old paint should not look better than fresh paint. Not to mention the small gouges, and dirt & debris that were painted over. Sad that someone finished that tailgate and thought it looked good enough to return the customer. Not to mention i receive a call @ 11:30 am informing me the truck is finished! Great everything should be fixed now and i can forget the terrible experience i had the first time right? No. I arrive at 3pm, to find out the truck is infact not ready, and i spend an hour and a half in the lobby. What a great experience i’ve had with Frank Leta Honda.Ill be sure to share my experience anywhere i can because i’ve been blown away time after time. Thanks Again

They did a great job and completed the work sooner than expected., so that I could be on my way. Randy was friendly and helpful and even gave me a free car wash coupon, which I appreciate. Frank Leta Honda is the best!
