I was completely satisfied with the Service Department personnel !!!
But, I have some concerns about the reason I had to bring my 2025 CRV in in first place!!! I should have NEVER had to bring my vehicle in for a service issue after owning this vehicle for ONLY 2 months. This is certainly alarming!!! I hope that the personnel that assembled my vehicle model at the assembly Plant pay attention to their assigned area and ensure that the tyrods are tightened to the particular torque. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the outcome. My Wife and I have been a good customer (5) Honda’s.

Daniele did an excellent job managing the maintenance tasks and actually fixed the rear passenger door child lock problem, that was preventing us from opening the door from the inside. The maintenance team did excellent solid work that was apparent after driving; which was improved engine performance and improved braking.

Communication was a problem. It was very difficult to get in touch with my service provider. No one let me know when my vehicle was done. I don’t get responses back to my texts, not sure if there is an issue with your system. If there is something wrong with your CRM (customer relationship management system) system it really needs to get fixed.
