The seatbelt clicker was stuck underneath the seat when the job was finished so the only reason I knew right away because my daughter couldn’t click her seatbelt and the seat was filthy with black grease all over the tan leather and scratch on the outside of the car on the door. I was not happy with the service that ended up being a recall

When I checked in at 7am, the service advisor confirmed my phone number and told me that I should receive a text in about an hour to let me know the car was ready. 90 minutes later, I noticed my car parked outside. I waited another 15min, then went to check on the status. She then noticed that my phone number was listed as a home phone and not a cell phone, so I did not receive any of the promised texts. I don’t have any idea how long I was waiting unnecessarily - likely 45min or so - but rather than come out to find me when I didn’t come back, I found her eating at her desk. This was my first appointment with your service department, and I would like to be able to say it was a good one, but I can’t.
