Danielle and Ms Young both helped me and were wonderful. However, the problem could not be resolved, and I am to let them know if the issue continues. This vehicle throws the car into PARK when I am backing up or trying to move forward into drive…..l just hope this does not cause me to be involved in an accident, as there have been recalls for this issue on other Odyssey’s. No recalls for 2025 yet…but I am waiting. It is a very serious issue.

Service warranty was incredible. We brought our new van (which we purchased in Nov) in because of a rattle. Service team found cracked strut and replaced it free of charge. Didn't even charge for diagnostic fees. I was also impressed with scheduling and turnaround time. When we it comes time to replace our other vehicle, I will definitely buy a Honda again and most likely from Frank Leta. Thank you.
