However the man I spoke with in Service Dept on May 28th on phone and who verified the part was in for my foglight replacement did not tell me the truth because when I came in on May 29th for my scheduled appointment for 2 services + foglight replacement I was told the part had to be ordered ?? and I would need to come back....disappointed about that!

I had made an appointment for the safety and emissions inspection on my 2015 Honda CRV EX-L. I told Tirek that I would be going directly to the License Office to renew my plates after the inspections. I had a noon appointment.
Tirek said he could have the safety inspections and the 60,000 mile suggested maintenance done by 3:00 pm after checking with the technician. My car was done before 2:30 pm.
This turned out to be a wonderful experience. Tirek was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate his great service. I will request him to be my service rep when I come back in a few months for an oil change and filters.

Need to know when the system update issue will be fixed. My Honda states a system update date is needed, but the update won’t download. This is a known issue with this model of Honda that I own per Tyler. May be a few weeks before Honda puts in a fix for this. Thank you
