I initially stopped bringing my vehicle here in 2020 after a representative told me repairs were completed (they weren't) and proceeded to drive my vehicle around the lot with no oil in the engine due to a hole in the oil pan. Needless to say, the engine was nearly ruined entirely. I decided recently to try again at this location and brought my vehicle in for maintenance and repairs. And yet again, I was called to pick up and pay for a vehicle that was not road-worthy. Doug was very visibly stressed, not friendly, and overall very unhelpful throughout the process. Moving forward, I refuse to let Leta Honda ever touch another vehicle of mine, and I absolutely would not recommend Leta to anyone.

This employee was great but the team member who scheduled me for today stated the service team would be able to handle a potential hydralics problem for my convertible and then when they got it they said they weren't skilled or comfortable to even look and assess. Basically wasted my time so I now have to schedule to take it somewhere else. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I have used Frank Leta a lot for my 5 vehicles.

Oil pan drain plug was damaged during an oil change. A new grain plug was supposedly ordered and installed. Now the car is dripping oil from the plug!!!

Danielle listens to everything I say, addressing each issue I have. There have been SEVERAL issues with my new 2025 odyssey that she has gotten corrected. There has been parts missing in a window, then a wrong part ordered which made for another trip back to the service dept., needed a whole new screen, lower drawer not put back together properly after the screen was replace, the wrong VIN number since the purchase of the vehicle, and now every time I have to go for service, another car pops up and it has to be fixed all over again. Danielle has been great to get things done, I even request her when I being the car in, however this vehicle is too new to have all these problems, this is disappointing
