Danielle went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. There was a delay on parts that was out of her control, and she texted and called to communicate what was happening. She provided us a loaner vehicle and even offered to have our car delivered to us upon completion. Her communication and service kept our situation reasonable and satisfactory. Went for my first oil change since buying the Ridgeline in Nov 2024. Am part of the “Leta for Life” program and was informed it includes complementary oil changes. However, no service was completed. Was told that the “oil light” needs to come on before the oil change can be performed. Too bad (for me) that this little detail was not told to us but the sales department. Foiled again by Frank Leta Honda. It’s getting old.
