Not necessarily disappointment in Danielle specifically, but a recommendation to "smack the bottom of the kick panel on the passenger side to wake my blower motor back up" is not exactly the diagnosis and recommendation I was expecting. I understand that the problem wasn't happening when I dropped it off but I did explain that it was intermittent and if there are bad connections on my blower motor that could potentially make it only work sometimes as we head into a Midwest summer, "if it happens again, just smack it" can't possibly be the best suggestion.
