I was sent away from the first appointment because the equipment they needed wasn’t working. Had to reschedule for a week later. Then they didn’t order the parts they told me they were going to order. They took longer than quoted. They ordered the parts and they were sent to the wrong location. They didn’t keep in constant communication including telling me when it was completed. And forgot to reconnect the hood sensor.

The mechanics working on my vehicle forgot to put my ice scraper, childs surgery pillow, and wrap back in the back seat of my car. I just thought the trunk had to be emptied, not the backseat. So they called me when I was almost home, and I had to turn around and go back to get it.

Getting a little disappointed that we are questioned about the extended service agreement we were provided when we purchased our cars. We were told that we would have free oil changes for three years and now told it was only two years. And that the original service discount program we had has been canceled. The service agent worked it all out this time, which was appreciated, but concerned what happens for future service.

I think overall they did an ok job. They did lose one of the tires and have to order another one. They also left tired “glue or paste” on my rims and wish the shop would have taken some then to clean them off after putting on the tires XD
